This past week has been one for the books in dealing with the new moon/eclipse and retrograde! Only the strong survive though, right? We got this 😉 I too, have not gone unscathed. I’ve been tossed to the core & words & creativity have been ripped from me left right and center. Everything happens for a reason though – so we ROLL, adapt, and persevere. A lot of people I’ve spoken with have felt this way as well, hence, I thought I would make a little video on how to survive in life, career and in your financial world during times of turmoil. What I’ve got for you are 4 strong of mind healthy habits that will help you maintain ease of mind, body, and soul while navigating any state of turmoil, and – life in general.
These four strong of mind healthy habits are ones that I kept the top of my mind when in the financial services industry as a busy trader in the capital markets. Outsiders see the stock market move at a rapid pace (some days), and what might not be so visible to the naked eye is the volume and frequency of the metrics involved in making calculated decisions in an incredibly timely fashion because time is everything – in response, not reaction, especially when dealing with money that moves quicker than water on the stock market in a high frequency trading environment.
My point, these four strong of mind healthy habits that I used by the second, minute, day and hour while working as both a technical & fundamentally inclined capital markets trader are ones that apply to everyone in our every day lives. These habits are simply tactics to keep top of mind to help keep us healthy and in check around keeping our heart and pulse healthy in dial. Please let me know what you think!
