Let’s talk passive creation from the subconscious and intentional mind.
Think back to when you were a joyful, playful, wide-eyed child full of prosper and wonder, daydreaming deep into your heart and try to remember what you envisioned for your life. What did your future look like, what did it feel like? Was there freedom & love in the picture, friendship & family, comfort & cozy, success & shelter; what was it your heart was set on?
I can picture these moments of my own, vividly and feel the soft summer air on my face as I lie under the oak tree in the front yard of my grandparents house in the tiny & beautiful town I grew up in; it was as if the late 50’s were stopped in time. I could smell the flowers my grandmother had planted, I could hear the buzzing of the town, and could feel a huge blanket of energetic love wrapped around me. There was absolutely no fear or limits and I was completely present. The portals were open and the ability to unknowingly step into subconscious flow was full on. This was my childhood version of a now-Zen den where I go to recharge, go inward and visualize.
My imagination took me to to then far off lands that seemed a world away (and were at the time); France, Italy and India, to tropical islands and home. France, Italy and a handful of beautiful islands have come into fruition since. Then there were the basics: what it would feel like to have my own bank account, live in my own home and what my future family would look like. What else do you project when you’re a child? First things first (the basics), and then you can create layers.
Learning how to project, manifest & visualize your future inot fruition happens in baby steps until you get really good at it. I felt the 700 thread count egyptian cotton linen and fluffy white down duvet long before these projections came into my world and I tasted the coffee I would be drinking outside on my deck every morning in lush nature.
The most recent vehicle I have (a luxury SUV) came to me in another way. It came not through visualization but through not needing it and simply being specific about how long I was going to keep the vehicle I had previous. When we let go of things (or people) we make space for something or someone else. Remember that it’s not always that we get to choose what comes our way and when, however when we are open and not attached to the outcome, our energy is set to receive.
Point: when life moves on and get a little more complex, the things we deeply seed become more complex hence take a lot more consistent practise in intentional visualization in the energy department to manifest.
When you are creating from your imagination and envisioning what your future holds, baseline, that is the act of intentionally willing something into existence and planting a subconscious seed.
What I want you to do, is go back to that place and dream & visualize yourself into magnificent, wild fruition. Let’s not take this the wrong way. Life is not about “stuff”. Consider “stuff” as placeholders (and space holders) for your wants, memories and future needs. Life is all about relationships and experiences and don’t forget it :)!
Tips on how to make the dream work:
- Go deep into the environment where you feel most at home and of the highest vibe sense.
- For me, this is always the elements, hence my strong pull to the lush beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
- Silence the mind and slow down your body’s tempo. Pay attention to your body with heightened awareness.
- Listen intently in order to download, process and dial in to a frequency of ease.
- For that which you wish to will into existence, be as clear, specific and descriptive as possible. Think: sensory & tactile.
- Be ultra conscious to not be spiteful in your will towards anyone or thing. This too can manifest and work against you for years.
- Be open to receiving equal or greater than to equivalent of your request.
- Accept the timing and understand that it is divine.
- Project yourself ahead of where you are (in time) as if you’re already there in every sense.
- Don’t “wish”. Practise and do the work until it becomes second nature.
How to create your best case scenario (dream life) in one year? Use the tips above and go into visualization-mode every day (trusting and coming from an intentional place), multiple times every damn day. The important part is keeping your eyes open so as to not let what you’re intentionally visualizing pass you by if at first you don’t recognize it. As said, we don’t get to choose everything in detail that’s meant for us, though we do get to create the energy necessary to deliver that ultimate feeling we initially manifested in vision.
That quote from Glinda the Good Witch? It’s true. “You had the power all along my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.”
