Here is your reminder to stay sparkly, convicted and focused. You can do this from wherever you be. All you have to do is think it then be it.
Sometimes staying sparkly, convicted and focused means taking a step back to recalibrate and evaluate the bigger picture. Ie do my actions reflect my wants, and are my wants being properly fuelled by my belief system?
If you haven’t read yesterday’s email yet ~ jump to it, the feedback I received was heartfelt and amazing (aka a lot of people related to it). It’s all about what you want vs don’t ~ an example around love AND manifesting the shit you don't want.
I mentioned yesterday I would share today a story about a limiting money belief, and I’m guessing you may share this one.
Point one: guilt is a sin. Wipe the word guilt off your plate and watch your whole world change.
Words, are HUGE. Two years ago (Jan 2017) I rid the words “stress”, “overwhelm”, and “busy” from my vocabulary and I watched my world change rapidly before my eyes ~ including my physiology and mental state. PS these are bogus words that highly disempower you.
Back to the limiting money brief.
I was made to believe that I always had enough – and I did. It was a comfortable belief, feeling and reality that brought me to a certain point in life. A point at which I was always “okay” no matter what (what even is that?). Jog back to yesterday’s email and read why being okay I actually a ton of shit. OR, you can head to my blog.
Hanging onto the belief that “you have enough” and “don’t need more” creates a ceiling. I was also raised to believe (or maybe I just created this belief) that the sky is literally the limit; and I know this statement to be true.
I don’t know about you, but creating a ceiling in one belief and having no limits in another to which you adopt both beliefs, is totally contradictory.
If you are made to believe that you don’t need more and that it’s a sin to want more, you get to shift that mindset in the hugest fucking way today.
Your desires and wants are real. You didn’t make them up or pull them out of thin air. Your desires and wants are as deeply imprinted within you as your genetic makeup. If you believe you are gluten and dairy intolerant, you can also believe your wants are as real as those sensitivities, they come from the same spot. Love you!
This is simple a reminder for you to not deny what’s real — lean into it. Also, who’s to say you wanting more is a bad thing! The more resources you have to work with, the more good in the world you can also do.
Punchline: it’s okay to want more, ask for more, and take inspired action around having more. Become that person, overflow your cup, and be generous with all you have. Generosity ~ does not have a ceiling. Don’t create the “I'm okay and I have enough so it's not right to ask for or want more” ceiling for yourself.
Side note: if you feel my use of profanity is offensive or vulgar, you and I are just different, and that’s okay! I was raised in a household where cuss words were used to emphasize with passion (not some form of the devil). Lol. I share this, as someone expressed their distaste in my dialog from an email this week. God bless 😘
Ask yourself today where your belief system is contradicting itself AND, expel the feeling of sin and lean into, “my heartfelt wants create win-wins.”
